Registration for Angel Wings will begin on April 1 at 9am and will close on April 30 at 11:55pm. No late registrations will be accepted.
What is the Angel Wings program?
1. Angels Wings is a condensed and intensive Religious Education program. To that end, 100% attendance is required. (Archdiocesan requirement.)
2. Students who are unable to attend all 9 days will transfer to either a Home Study or Tuesday afternoon. Please note there is no Home Study for Sacrament years.
3. Angel Wings is a volunteer driven program; therefore, each parent or caregiver agrees to volunteer one day per child enrolled in the program. (For example, if you have 2 children enrolled in our program, you will volunteer for 2 days.)
How do I register for Angel Wings?
1. The Angel Wings online registration form is available on the Religious Education website and is "live" at 9am April 1.
2. Once the registration cycle closes, we will determine how many classes and teachers are needed.
3. An email containing links to the SignUp Geniuses for each class and activity will be circulated on a first-come, first-served basis. No exceptions.
What do I (parent/grandparent/godparent/babysitter) need to volunteer?
1. Every volunteer MUST be certified through the Protecting God's Children workshop (Archdiocesan requirement).
Is there anything else I need to know about Angel Wings?
1. School Year Requirements (see list below) are part of the Religious Education curriculum.
2. The Advent Penance (grades 3-8) and Lenten Penance Services (grades 2-8) are part of the Religious Education curriculum and therefore, attendance is required.
